What to Expect After You Hit Send
You do not need a brief, a budget, or a finished plan to start a conversation with us. A sentence about what is slowing your marketing down is enough. Here is exactly what happens next, so nothing about the process is a surprise.
Day One
We read it and reply
Your message goes to a consultant, not a queue. We reply within one business day with either a couple of clarifying questions or a link to book a thirty-minute call. If what you need is outside what we do well, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
The Call
Thirty minutes, no pitch
We ask about your goals for the next two quarters, the tools you already pay for, the size and health of your contact data, and which parts of the funnel your team runs by hand today. You do most of the talking. By the end you should know whether automation is actually your constraint.
Within a Week
A written recommendation
If there is a fit, you get a short scope document: the specific workflows we would build, the order we would build them in, the timeline, what we need from your team, and the price. If there is no fit, you get that in writing too, along with what we would do in your position.

How soon will someone respond?
A consultant replies within one business day, usually the same day for messages sent before mid-afternoon Pacific. If your request is time-sensitive, call (747) 767-7878 and mention the deadline.
What happens on the first call?
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We ask what you are trying to grow, what tools you already pay for, and what is currently done by hand. You leave with an honest read on whether automation is your bottleneck and a rough sense of scope and cost.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first call and the initial recommendation cost nothing. Paid work starts only after a written scope you approve.
What if we are not sure what we need yet?
That is a normal starting point and a good reason to talk. Come with the problem — leads going cold, reporting nobody trusts, a platform nobody uses — and we will tell you which of those is worth solving first.
Do you work with clients outside California?
Yes. We are based in Chatsworth, California and work remotely with clients across the United States. Discovery, build, and training all run well over video.
